Urban Fitness is led by fitness expert Joe O'Shaughnessy, who is considered the authority on getting everyday people in the BEST shape of their lives. He is the expert people go to when they need help with their own health, fitness, nutrition, mindset and wellbeing.

Joe started out with a mission to inspire people to live well, which has underpinned every aspect of Urban Fitness since its inception.

He doesn't get to spend as much time as he would like coaching anymore as the demands on his time are constantly increasing with new sites, public speaking and consultancy work for some of Ireland’s largest companies.

Even with his hectic schedule he still manages to stay on top of his own training in the gym and on the Jiu Jitsu mat.

What if I haven’t exercised before/in a long time?

We’ll start you slow, but get you results fast! We’ve helped 100’s of people who’ve never stepped into a gym before get into amazing shape while boosting their confidence. So whether you’re a first-timer or you have some past exercise experience, we’ve got you covered.

What if I have existing injuries/pains?

Your programme will be carefully tailored to accommodate your needs if you do have any injuries, so much so you’ll find throughout the programme that you’ll start to eliminate any previous pain and actually strengthen those areas!
